Security and compliance questions

Is eSleuth AI CJIS compliant?

Yes. The platform is hosted in an Amazon AWS CJIS environment, and agency data is segmented and never used to train public models. Six patents protect the architecture, and governance is embedded into the platform rather than added as an afterthought.

Where is agency data stored?

All data is stored in an Amazon AWS CJIS environment, purpose-built to meet the FBI's CJIS Security Policy requirements. Agency data is segmented so no department's information is accessible to another without explicit authorization, and the originating agency always owns its data.

Can other departments see my data?

Only with explicit authorization. Access is governed by granular permission settings defined by each agency, and the originating agency always owns its data.

Where does eSleuth AI get its data?

Directly from the department. The platform integrates with existing agency systems via API ingestion, capturing both structured and unstructured data. It does not access the internet or pull from unverified public material.
